Please turn left (away from the pink shuttle services and greenbus desks) and keep going until the end, then you will see the VODAFONE shop. Your rep/driver will be nearby waiting for you holding a card with your name on it. You have the Option of Paying on the website when you book the Service or you can Pay Directly to our Driver upon arriving at your Destination

Don’t worry, we check and confirm all flight details based on the information you provide us at the time of booking. If your flight is delayed, we will wait for you.

We will generally wait for 60 minutes after the arrival time of your flight for you to make your way into the arrivals area. If you have a problem with your luggage, let us know we will be happy to wait longer. Send Someone from your party into the arrivals area to let us know, if you are travelling alone, contact us (+351) 910 728 087 and we will wait for you

Please provide us with the address as accurate as you possibly can, if it is a private villa and you have never been there before, the Real State agent will usually provide you with driving directions, take them with you. We will do our best to take you to even the most Dificult Access locations.

Of course we can.Please make sure you tell us at the time of the booking how many children are travelling in your party and their ages and in accordance with the Portuguese Law we will always provide the correct Baby/Child seats for you.

Remember all transfers are private and are just for you and your party. If there are two people travelling then we should have no problem accommodating your luggage. If there are eight people then the minibus will be at full capacity and you will be a little bit more limited, therefore if this is the case we will transport the Maximum of one suitcase per traveler. If you are carrying golf clubs, sports equipment or anything out of the ordinary, let us know at the time of booking and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Note that all our fleet is equipped with an Wifi hotspot divice to be used by all our guests for free. Unless the transfer is operated by a trusted Fatia-Transfers supplier, insurance substitution vehicle or devices malfunction

Yes, the toll fees are already included in the prices, except night time (from 11PM to 7AM) and between the cities of Albufeira and Tavira, the motorway can be used only if necessary
